許多(duo)證據(ju)顯(xian)示,荒漠土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)能夠(gou)直接(jie)吸(xi)收大(da)氣CO2,然而其(qi)(qi)內在(zai)機(ji)制(zhi)依舊不明。目前,研(yan)究者多(duo)將該現(xian)象歸因(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)于某種或(huo)多(duo)種物(wu)理(li)或(huo)(和(he)(he))化(hua)學(xue)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),而土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)是否(fou)參與其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)尚無報道。北京林業大(da)學(xue)寧夏鹽池生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)站研(yan)究人員在(zai)毛烏素沙(sha)地(di)(di),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)宏基(ji)因(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)組學(xue)和(he)(he)13CO2標記方法,研(yan)究土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)養固碳(tan)(tan)基(ji)因(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)及其(qi)(qi)功能潛(qian)力,并在(zai)野外原(yuan)位示蹤大(da)氣二氧化(hua)碳(tan)(tan)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)養吸(xi)收過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。研(yan)究發(fa)現(xian),沙(sha)地(di)(di)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)宏基(ji)因(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)組中(zhong)(zhong),存在(zai)超過(guo)(guo)30,000個與微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)自(zi)(zi)養固碳(tan)(tan)通(tong)路相(xiang)關的(de)(de)基(ji)因(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)以(yi)編碼還(huan)原(yuan)檸(ning)檬酸(suan)循環的(de)(de)基(ji)因(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)相(xiang)對(dui)豐度最高。沙(sha)地(di)(di)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)自(zi)(zi)養微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)主要(yao)(yao)隸屬于放線菌(jun)(jun)門(men)、變形菌(jun)(jun)門(men)、綠彎(wan)菌(jun)(jun)門(men)、酸(suan)桿菌(jun)(jun)門(men)、芽(ya)單胞(bao)菌(jun)(jun)門(men)和(he)(he)厚壁菌(jun)(jun)門(men)。在(zai)以(yi)13CO2模擬大(da)氣CO2條件(jian)下,土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)自(zi)(zi)養微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)在(zai)室內和(he)(he)野外均(jun)可將大(da)氣CO2轉化(hua)為(wei)(wei)(wei)有(you)機(ji)碳(tan)(tan),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)超過(guo)(guo)一半為(wei)(wei)(wei)可溶性有(you)機(ji)碳(tan)(tan)。結果(guo)表明,沙(sha)地(di)(di)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)養微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu),能夠(gou)將大(da)氣CO2轉化(hua)為(wei)(wei)(wei)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)有(you)機(ji)碳(tan)(tan),其(qi)(qi)潛(qian)在(zai)碳(tan)(tan)匯功能尚未被完全(quan)認識(shi)。該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)研(yan)究,揭示了(le)大(da)氣CO2向土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)有(you)機(ji)碳(tan)(tan)轉化(hua)的(de)(de)微(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)機(ji)制(zhi),有(you)助(zhu)于解釋荒漠土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)直接(jie)吸(xi)收大(da)氣CO2的(de)(de)內在(zai)機(ji)理(li),對(dui)于全(quan)面(mian)認識(shi)荒漠生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)系統潛(qian)在(zai)的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)服務(wu)功能具(ju)有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)意(yi)義。該成果(guo)是在(zai)國家(jia)自(zi)(zi)然科(ke)學(xue)基(ji)金(jin)面(mian)上項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(31670709)、國家(jia)重(zhong)點研(yan)發(fa)計劃課(ke)題(2016YFC0500905)、中(zhong)(zhong)央高校基(ji)本(ben)科(ke)研(yan)業務(wu)費專項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)課(ke)題(2015ZCQ-SB-02)、中(zhong)(zhong)國博士后科(ke)學(xue)基(ji)金(jin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(2016M600938)共同資助(zhu)下,由北京林業大(da)學(xue)水土(tu)(tu)保(bao)持與荒漠化(hua)防治團(tuan)隊...
